Refund & Cancellation Policy
At New Wave Strategies, we are committed to providing high-quality marketing and advertising services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we offer the following refund and cancellation terms:
Refund Policy
Clients have 10 business days from the date of purchase or service agreement to request a full refund. Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to newwavestrategiesllc@gmail.com. After 10 business days, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services within the same 10-business-day window for a full refund. Cancellations must also be submitted in writing via email to newwavestrategiesllc@gmail.com. Verbal or phone cancellations will not be accepted. Once the cancellation is received and confirmed, services will be halted immediately and applicable refunds will be processed if within the eligible timeframe.
Please note: After the 10-business-day period, clients are responsible for all agreed-upon service fees as outlined in the original contract or agreement.
